Today it's time for some self care! Plan your day out today in such a way where you be can be through with your day slightly early & can spend the evening off pampering yourself.
After some of these self care DIY's you can watch a nice movie, take a nap or have a warm cup of tea or coffee and spend some time in your balcony or garden to just soak up some nature.

Before I Share The Recipes, Please Read This :
Use Coffee in your shower today (post the body polish), once you are done with your bath, take some ground coffee in your palms and start scrubbing your entire body with it, scrub all your chakras in an anti-clockwise motion, Coffee is extremely powerful in helping rid the body of negative energy. It is also extremely energising for the skin. It also promotes blood circulation & reduces inflammation.
Post your body scrub & bath ensure that you heavily moisturise today - use a rich body butter, shea butter or a body oil that works for you & hydrates well. Spend some time massaging yourself, this is great for lymphatic drainage & you should make this a daily practice.
Lastly, once you are through with your face pack, tone your face with rose water or any toner you you use. Again, hydrate your skin nicely and massage in circular motions.
Once you are done, make yourself a cup of green tea, using 2 tea bags, soak them just for 3 minutes and remove, once the bags are not piping hot, lie down and place them on both eyes. (Cover your cup)
The caffeine in green teas has a positive effect on puffy eyes & boosts skin elasticity. Caffeine constricts the blood vessels within this sensitive tissue & works wonders on tired eyes! Remove the bags after 10 minutes & drink your Tea!
Homemade Oatmeal Face Mask For All Skin Types
Cleanses Pores, Makes Your Skin Glow, Reduces Inflammation, Anti-Bacterial, Anti-Fungal,
1/2 Green Apple, roughly chopped (can substitute for red apple or grapefruit)
2 Tablespoons Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Oatmeal
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Honey
Blend the apple and yogurt together until smooth. Add the oatmeal & pulse well but don't puree the oatmeal. Transfer to a bowl & add the cinnamon. Apply to the face & allow it to sit for 15 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water or jumping into the shower!
Body Glow Sugar Scrub
This Body scrub is to soothe, exfoliate & give your skin intense glow & immense moisture! Store up the rest for next time, you will be addicted!
1 Cup White or Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil (Solid but Soft)
10 Drops of Essential oil of your choice, I suggest : Lavender, Vanilla or peppermint!
Lemon Rind (Optional)
Blend it all for just a couple of minutes & store it in a glass jar with a lid! This is so luxurious you will wonder why you ever bought these from anywhere else!
The Ultimate Body Soak / Foot Soak if you don't have a Tub
This Concoction draws out toxins, negative energy & reduces stress.
Fill up your tub with hot water & throw in :
3/4 Baking Soda
1 Cup Epsom Salt
20 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
(Reduce the quantities by Half if you are soaking your feet in a large bucket)
