Whip up a big bowl of simple porridge, preferably using rolled oats. Im vegan so I make my oats with water and throw in a dash of almond milk.
Then puree any fruit of your choice! Mango or Papaya really gives it a beautiful texture.
1 Cup if your favourite fruit
A handful of Goji Berries (You can use Black raisins if you don't have Goji Berries)
1 Tablespoon Roasted Flaxseeds
1 Tablespoon of Chia seeds
1 teaspoon of Açai Berry powder/Spirulina powder
